Ex-Army Psychologist and business psychologist she has also worked in Senior Management roles and in multinationals including in Vietnam. She draws on this background when supporting people who have experienced trauma, past difficulties, workplace challenges, and those in leadership positions.

Why psychology?

A psychologist is able to assess trauma and help people better understand and respond through coping strategies and techniques. A psychologist can also help a person to manage other problems that may be associated with the trauma, such as depression, stress, drug and alcohol use, or relationship problems.
